Job duties include:
- Gather, understand, and document business objectives, specifications, and requirements on small/medium/large size projects.
- Analyze the business needs of clients and stakeholders to help identify business problems and propose solutions.
- Define, design, and document business flows and processes on small medium size projects.
- Investigate operational needs and problems, and opportunities, contributing to the recommendation of improvements within the area of responsibility.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, providing them with regular project updates and addressing their concerns.
- Implement advanced data analysis and modeling techniques to provide insights for making informed business decisions.
- Gather Business Requirements Determination (BRD) documents specifications for enhancements.
- Work directly with Architects and Product Owners to manage the technical aspects of the IT project.
- Participate in Joint Application Design (JAD) sessions to gather quality requirements and specifications.
- Employ Agile/SCRUM methodology values, principles, and practices to plan, manage, and deliver solutions.
Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in CS, IT, Engg or related with at least 60 months of experience. Salary ranges between $138,237.00 to $141,000.00/year.
